What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee to align human capital priorities with business strategy.
• Lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Oversee workforce planning and organizational design to support evolving business models and regulatory requirements.
• Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and a strong employee value proposition.
• Embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Manage annual performance, compensation cycles, and HR operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including senior executive leadership within a complex organization.
• Proven experience in asset management strongly preferred.
• Experience operating within a global or matrixed organization, balancing local needs with global policy.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Human Resources or Business preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work in Chicago.
