Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; onsite

Salary: $170,000–$210,000 USD annual base salary, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the HR strategy for hirify.global’s Omni fulfillment operations.
  • Lead the transition from a temporary to a full-time workforce across fulfillment centers, including policy development, legal compliance, talent acquisition, and employee integration.
  • Build, mentor, and manage an HR team across geographically dispersed fulfillment locations.
  • Partner with Operations leadership on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Drive culture, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives across the fulfillment network.
  • Manage HR claims and ensure adherence to policies in a heavily regulated environment.

Requirements

  • Experience leading HR functions in multi-site, large-scale operational environments such as fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations for large non-exempt workforces.
  • Success building and scaling HR capabilities in new regions or rapidly expanding organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws, claims management, and multi-state compliance, particularly in New Jersey, Wisconsin, Texas, Georgia, and California.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • A compliance-first approach to HR operations in a heavily regulated industry.
