Sr. Financial Analyst - US PLT Replacement

Location: Hybrid role based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, USA. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa support is available only for internal candidates who already hold a valid employment visa. A relocation package may be offered if needed.

What you will do

• Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, cost center planning, and related system uploads for the US PLT Replacement Market.
• Analyze actual, forecast, and budget variances and provide actionable financial commentary to management.
• Prepare P&L simulations, including Return on Sales and EBIT analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with Sales and Operations on financial reporting, decision support, profitability improvement, and cost optimization.
• Develop financial dashboards, management presentations, expense reviews, bridges, and performance reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Support month-end close, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, internal controls, and quarterly customer-program payment calculations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, controlling, accounting, or related finance functions.
• Experience partnering with commercial and operational teams and evaluating financial or business performance.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using SAP, Power BI, and enterprise reporting systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
