Project Manager (New Product Development)

What you will do

• Lead multiple end-to-end strategic new product development and continuous improvement projects across product lines and channels.
• Develop and control project plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, resources, risks, and issues.
• Use the enterprise Project & Portfolio Management system to plan, track, and coordinate project activities.
• Champion the Product Development and Stage-Gate processes, including gate reviews, reporting, and documentation discipline.
• Coordinate Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Sourcing, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, Legal, Sales, and other functions.
• Lead product development and supply chain activities through production, speed-to-market initiatives, stakeholder communication, and post-launch audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced new product development environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects using project management methodologies and execution best practices.
• Familiarity with mechanical product development and manufacturing practices.
• Experience with project scopes, schedules, budgets, reports, risk management, financial measures, and project updates.
• Advanced communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and cross-functional leadership skills; willingness to travel approximately 15% domestically and internationally.

• PMP certification.
• Agile experience.
• Advanced MS Project skills.
