Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure

Location: Mexico; hybrid work model with an office-first approach.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex expansion and infrastructure projects across Mexico.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Management, and Real Estate.
• Maintain project trackers, risk registers, dashboards, action items, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Lead project status meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-through.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks while providing structured reports to senior leadership.
• Mentor the Junior Project Manager and support improvements to project management methodologies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including infrastructure, construction, real estate, or expansion projects.
• Advanced Excel and demonstrated experience with MS Project or equivalent project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and structured execution.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Strong organization, ownership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Nice to have

• PMI certification or formal project management training.
