What you will do

• Manage project objectives, vision, and team performance to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and third parties for flawless project execution.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and define scope while involving relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks, manage scope changes, and establish contingency plans.
• Collaborate with process owners to design, build, and test manufacturing solutions.
• Prepare status reports for management and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Saugerties, NY
• Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product or equipment management
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (Encompix preferred)
• Solid understanding of discrete manufacturing, bills of material, and supply chain operations
