Project Manager, New Product Introduction (NPI)

Salary: $109,500–$208,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead new product introduction projects and new business opportunities from front-end planning through handover to manufacturing and support teams.
• Manage strategic decisions, schedules, budgets, communications, stakeholder relationships, and supplier or customer coordination.
• Lead technical due diligence and feasibility assessments for potential product introductions.
• Set program strategy, lead stage-gate and governance meetings, and coordinate development plans with site senior management.
• Build and manage cross-functional teams of project managers, subject matter experts, and site operations personnel.
• Develop project charters, timelines, cost and resource projections, risk management plans, and escalation processes to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• At least 3 years of technical transfer and new product launch experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing large, complex programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of drug development and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, plus quality and supply chain systems.
• Proven project and technical transfer leadership experience, including budgeting, finance, cost accounting, and team management.
