Global Benefits Lead

Location: Hybrid role based at the NY or Durham office, with work from home and 3 office days set by the employee and team.

Salary: $140,000–$192,500 annually, based on the preferred primary location of the NY office. Annual bonus and equity may also be provided.

What you will do

• Manage a team of two delivering benefits programs for employees in the US, UK, Germany, and Japan.
• Develop, administer, and communicate comprehensive benefits programs, including leave management and Workday benefits administration.
• Partner with HR Operations and the People Team to provide scalable, employee-centered support for benefits questions.
• Lead annual open enrollment, vendor negotiations, employee communications, and benefits vendor performance.
• Lead eligibility and integration audits, partnering with HRIS on Workday integrations and process documentation.
• Manage global benefits compliance, including compliance calendars, required filings, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience working in HR and Benefits.
• Expertise in benefits plan design, benchmarking, and applicable US and international regulations.
• Experience working with Workday as an HRIS and managing HR processes and programs.
• Project management ability, strong organization, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional communication.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without authority and work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Proven data analysis skills, including synthesizing and visualizing large amounts of information for data-driven decisions.
