Senior Workday HRIS Analyst

Location: Lincolnshire, Illinois, United States; hybrid work with 3 days in the office and 2 remote is highly preferred, while remote candidates will be considered. The role includes 10% travel.

Salary: $86,080–$129,120 annual base pay, plus a target performance-based annual cash incentive equal to 10% of base pay.

What you will do

• Support the global design, administration, and continuous improvement of the core HR system of record.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to drive the HRIS roadmap and implement best practices.
• Develop reports and dashboards based on customer strategies, goals, and requirements.
• Configure and test system solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, automation, self-service, and employee experience.
• Collaborate with internal customers and support roles on processes, workflows, and training.
• Use data to support decision-making, identify root causes, and contribute to HR projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of professional experience in a technical role.
• At least 3 years of HRIS system administration experience, including Workday HCM implementation and configuration.
• Experience with Workday LMS and/or Talent & Performance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across global projects, influence stakeholders, and maintain strict confidentiality.
