Reporting & Insights Analyst (Human Capital Analytics)

Location: Hybrid work in Alexandria, Virginia, and across the Mid Atlantic Region, working on and off the client site. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Develop reports, dashboards, and insights supporting human capital analytics and enterprise decision-making.
• Conduct environmental scanning and benchmarking using federal data sources such as OPM FedScope, CHCO Council publications, and agency performance reports.
• Compare NSF human capital metrics, programs, and outcomes with peer agencies.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on cross-agency trends and leading practices.
• Support digital transformation, process automation, IT system integration, workforce planning, regulatory compliance, and performance-based service delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of reporting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience supporting data or business analytics.
• Proficiency with BI tools and business reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship, including H-1B and TN sponsorship, is not available.
