Mental Health Therapist (Clinical Therapy)

Location: Full-time resident of the United States with office space to see clients in the Georgia area; virtual care is available, with a strong preference for in-person delivery.

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Support clients across a broad spectrum of mental health needs, including complex and severe presentations.
• Deliver care using approaches such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to crises when needed.
• Use measurement-based care and promote skills practice.
• Collaborate with Lyra’s clinical consultation and care navigation teams.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license allowing independent practice without supervision.
• No current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments and following clinical best practices.
• Full-time US residency and office space with the ability to see clients in Georgia.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families; in-person care is strongly preferred.
