Mental Health Group Facilitator - GA

Location: Remote, Georgia, United States. Availability required from 3–8pm MT Monday through Thursday and on Saturdays.

What you will do

• Facilitate virtual groups for adolescent and young adult clients using current hirify.global curricula and clinical best practices.
• Support groups across age ranges and cohorts, including integrative programming, support staffing, and wellness hours.
• Build client engagement and group cohesion while encouraging participation and camera use during sessions.
• Complete treatment documentation within 24 hours and maintain professional, ethical, and confidential clinical practice.
• Collaborate with primary therapists, care experience specialists, care coaches, supervisors, peers, families, agencies, and other care team members.
• Complete onboarding within two weeks and participate in monthly quality check-ins, treatment team meetings, and group supervision.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in mental health or a related eligible field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults and conducting group treatment.
• Knowledge of multiple treatment modalities, including DBT, CBT, and EMDR.
• Strong teamwork, communication, engagement, and professional boundary-setting skills.
• Technical ability to conduct telehealth sessions, with reliable Wi-Fi and daily use of Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and outcomes survey software.
• Part-time 1099 contractor role with weekday late-afternoon/evening and Saturday availability required.
