Mental Health Group Facilitator (AZ)

Location: Remote, Arizona, United States. Part-time availability is required from 3–8pm MT Monday through Thursday and on Saturdays.

What you will do

• Facilitate assigned virtual groups for adolescent and young adult clients using current hirify.global curricula and clinical best practices.
• Lead groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour sessions as needed.
• Foster client engagement, participation, group cohesion, and a camera-on culture during video sessions.
• Collaborate with primary therapists, care experience specialists, care coaches, supervisors, peers, and clinical leadership.
• Complete treatment documentation within 24 hours and maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries.
• Complete onboarding within two weeks, attend monthly quality check-ins, and participate in treatment team and group supervision meetings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in mental health or a related eligible field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults and facilitating group treatment.
• Knowledge of multiple treatment modalities and confidence integrating them into clinical practice.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative care team and communicate professionally with clients, families, agencies, and colleagues.
• Technical ability to conduct telehealth sessions, including reliable Wi-Fi and daily use of Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and outcomes survey software.
• Part-time 1099 contractor role with weekday evening and Saturday availability required.

Nice to have

• EMDR or MI certification.
• Creative and engaging communication style, especially over video.
