Mental Health Group Facilitator - MT

Location: Remote, Montana; availability required from 3–8pm MT Monday through Thursday and on Saturdays

What you will do

• Facilitate assigned virtual groups for adolescent and young adult clients using current hirify.global curricula and best practices.
• Support groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour sessions.
• Foster client engagement, participation, group cohesion, and a camera-on culture throughout each session.
• Collaborate with Group Quality Supervisors or Directors, Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists, Care Coaches, and clinical leadership.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, group supervision, required check-ins, and onboarding activities.
• Complete treatment documentation within 24 hours while maintaining professional ethics, boundaries, confidentiality, and communication standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field required, including counseling, clinical psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, school counseling, rehabilitation counseling, applied developmental psychology, or qualifying education degrees with behavioral health experience.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Previous experience facilitating group treatment and confidence integrating multiple therapeutic modalities.
• Ability to work effectively and respectfully across a multidisciplinary care team.
• Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions, including reliable Wi-Fi and daily use of cloud-based communication, EMR, and outcomes survey software.
• Part-time 1099 contractor role with weekday evening and Saturday availability required.
