TL;DR
Mental Health Group Facilitator - CO (Telehealth/Group Therapy): Facilitating virtual mental health groups for adolescent and young adult clients with an accent on group engagement, therapeutic modalities, and clinical documentation. Focus on leading structured sessions across cohorts, building group cohesion over video, and collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams.
Location: Remote, Colorado. Availability required from 3–8pm MT Monday through Thursday and on Saturdays.

What you will do
- Facilitate virtual groups for adolescent and young adult clients using current curricula and best practices.
- Lead groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour as needed.
- Foster client engagement, participation, group cohesion, and a camera-on culture during video sessions.
- Collaborate with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists, Care Coaches, supervisors, peers, and clinical leadership.
- Complete treatment documentation within 24 hours and maintain agency, professional, DHCS, and Joint Commission standards.
- Complete onboarding within two weeks, attend monthly quality check-ins, treatment team meetings, and biweekly group supervision.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in mental health or a related field required.
- Experience working with youth and young adults.
- Experience facilitating group treatment and confidence integrating multiple therapeutic modalities.
- Ability to work effectively and respectfully within a multidisciplinary care team.
- Technical ability to conduct telehealth sessions, with reliable Wi-Fi and daily use of Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and outcomes survey software.
- Part-time 1099 role with availability during weekday late afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
Nice to have
- EMDR or MI certification.
- Creative and engaging approach to facilitating groups over video.
