Mental Health Group Facilitator - TN

Location: Remote within Tennessee. Availability required from 3–8pm MT Monday through Thursday and on Saturdays.

What you will do

• Facilitate virtual therapy groups for adolescent and young adult clients using current hirify.global curricula and best practices.
• Support groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour.
• Promote client engagement, participation, group cohesion, and a camera-on culture.
• Collaborate with supervisors, group quality leadership, primary therapists, care experience specialists, care coaches, families, agencies, and referents.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, group supervision, onboarding, and required monthly quality check-ins.
• Complete treatment documentation within 24 hours and maintain professional ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in mental health or a related eligible field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults and conducting group treatment.
• Knowledge of multiple treatment modalities, including DBT and CBT; EMDR and MI certification are advantageous.
• Strong teamwork, communication, engagement, and professional documentation skills.
• Technical ability to conduct telehealth sessions, reliable Wi-Fi, and daily use of Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and outcomes survey software.
• Part-time 1099 contractor role; availability required during weekday late afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
