Field Service Manager (Commercial Refrigeration)

Location: Denver, Colorado; onsite. Travel within the region and work outside normal hours may be required.

Salary: $86,320–$160,308 annual, with potential discretionary bonuses and incentives.

What you will do

• Oversee service team operations, including contracts, emergency service, quoted work, renewals, warranty matters, and change requests.
• Lead and develop field service technicians while conducting performance appraisals and supporting promotions, training, merit increases, and disciplinary actions.
• Source, secure, and maintain customer relationships within the assigned district.
• Support forecasts, cost-saving initiatives, risk assessments, customer contracts, estimates, billing, and collections.
• Support recruitment and selection for Service Technician positions.
• Enforce OSHA and other applicable workplace safety requirements, including prevention, investigation, reporting, training, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred.
• Five years of related experience is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic, commercial refrigeration and/or HVAC is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, time management, and business skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
