Sales Support Representative (Medical Devices)

Location: Florida, United States (remote); virtual support for accounts in Florida, Georgia, and the lower half of North Carolina, with occasional onsite customer support.

Salary: $48,000–$66,000 annually.

What you will do

• Provide sales support for Infusion Therapies and Platforms customers.
• Deliver and assist with customer training and onsite customer support.
• Help with customer inquiries, orders, and supply-related needs.
• Coordinate hirify.global teams and support cross-functional field sales activities.
• Support business presentations, QBRs, customer updates, tradeshows, and Pump Fairs.
• Contribute to marketing activities and share customer insights with internal partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years of experience in field sales or field sales support in the medical device field.
• Knowledge of common computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Tableau, and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong presentation skills, learning agility, and motivation to succeed.
• Demonstrated success working within large, multifaceted teams.
