Senior Recruitment Consultant (Technology)

Salary: £38,400–£48,100 plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Source, interview, and match candidates with technology roles.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients through outreach, business development calls, visits, networking, and events.
• Manage the full permanent recruitment process from taking the brief through offer negotiation.
• Develop specialist market expertise across Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, Data Architecture, and AI-related recruitment.
• Own targets and monetary goals, contributing to desk growth and profitability.

Requirements

• 18 months or more of recruitment experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Strategic, commercially minded, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Ability to develop business relationships and maintain a client network.
• Collaborative, people-focused, and sales-driven mindset.
