Accounts Receivable Specialist (Contract)

Location: On-site in the Atlanta area, with the role based in Peachtree City, Georgia, USA

What you will do

• Review customer sub-ledgers and reconcile open debits, credits, unapplied cash, and offset balances.
• Analyze transaction histories to identify corresponding credit memos.
• Ensure customer account balances accurately reflect outstanding liabilities before project closeout.
• Work with the internal Accounts Receivable Specialist and Accounting Manager to resolve ambiguous line items and systematic discrepancies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in accounts receivable, account reconciliation, or general accounting reconciliation projects.
• On-site availability in Peachtree City, Georgia and ability to perform the listed office-based physical activities.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, self-motivated execution, and clear communication.
• SAP sub-ledger experience, including F-32 or S/4HANA accounts receivable clearing transactions, is strongly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics is also considered.
