Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: Americas Remote

Salary: $142,000–$170,000 USD starting salary, depending on experience and market rates.

What you will do

• Source and personally engage passive engineering candidates, including professionals who are not actively job searching.
• Build targeted search strategies for a focused group of open, hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from candidate lists and outreach through offer and close.
• Partner with engineering hiring managers to define candidate profiles, calibrate expectations, and adjust search strategies.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and provide market insight on engineering talent availability and compensation.
• Use AI tools to improve search strategy and accelerate sourcing research.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success sourcing and converting passive candidates independently.
• Meaningful full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering or technical roles, with sourcing as a core responsibility.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to assess engineering candidates beyond pedigree.
• Ability to influence engineering hiring managers and senior stakeholders using data and clear reasoning.
• Highly organized and data-oriented, with experience using metrics to guide recruiting decisions.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve sourcing strategy or research, with specific examples of impact.

Hiring process

• 30-minute Zoom call with the hiring manager, followed by a 30-minute call with the TA Leader.
• 60-minute Zoom session with a prompt exercise and team review.
• 30-minute Zoom call with the Engineering Leader; final candidates complete a background check and employment verification.
