Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: Hybrid work model in an office-first environment; experience hiring in the Polish tech talent market is required.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design, ML/AI, Platform, and Data functions.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies, sourcing, and assessment approaches.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, competitor analysis, and passive-candidate engagement.
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks, diagnose root causes, and drive improvements across the hiring funnel.
• Use recruitment data and performance metrics to support informed hiring decisions.
• Contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects and strengthen the employer brand and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-growing product companies or scale-ups.
• Strong stakeholder and offer management skills, including collaboration with senior leaders.
• Experience with data-driven recruitment, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition fundamentals and modern sourcing methods.
• Experience hiring in the Polish tech talent market is required.
• Fluent English required.
