Apartment Maintenance Technician - Verdant Peachtree Creek

Location: Onsite in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. The role includes evening, weekend, seven-day-week, and on-call shifts according to community needs.

Salary: $23.00–$26.00 per hour, plus quarterly customer service satisfaction bonuses of up to $250 per month.

What you will do

• Complete basic apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Repair plumbing, basic electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other apartment systems.
• Respond to resident service requests and routine maintenance needs.
• Provide technical guidance and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections.

Requirements

• At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environments.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, on-call shifts, and occasional seven-day work weeks.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests.
• Ability to perform physical work and move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
