Apartment Maintenance Technician - McCullers Walk

Location: Onsite at Villages at McCullers Walk in Raleigh, NC, USA

Salary: USD 20–22 per hour, plus quarterly customer service satisfaction bonuses of up to USD 250.

What you will do

• Provide maintenance assistance and customer service to apartment residents and team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns and prepare units for incoming residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair or replace plumbing, basic electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other building systems.
• Provide technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Support vendor quality management and perform move-in and move-out inspections.
• Respond to emergency service requests during assigned on-call shifts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environments.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, seven-day work weeks when needed, and on-call shifts at least one week per month.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests.
• Ability and willingness to move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
