Engineer I (Automation Maintenance)

Location: Onsite at the Teparuk factory, Thailand. Travel: None.

Company

hirify.global's Teparuk facility produces nano-recording heads, critical components for hard disk drive read/write functionality.

What you will do

• Maintain automation equipment, support daily production, deliver new machines, and improve productivity.
• Plan spare-parts inventory, monitor usage, maintain accurate records, and manage safety stock.
• Develop visual dashboards for equipment performance and quality management.
• Analyze equipment downtime and establish preventive maintenance to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with counterparts and design teams to co-develop and deploy new technology, including maturity assessments.
• Guide technicians on technical records, applications, workflows, troubleshooting, and quality-improvement coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering.
• Fluent spoken and written English communication.
• Good communication, presentation, teamwork, computer literacy, and task-follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of basic automation and engineering drawings.
• Engineering or maintenance experience is preferred.
• Programming knowledge in C#, Python, or SQL is preferred.
