What you will do

• Lead technical problem-solving and drive resolution of complex manufacturing, test, and product quality issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve yield, test performance, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Manage PCO Release, risk management, and build configuration per BOM/ECN and SOPs.
• Analyze CERT testing data to identify trends and root causes for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Engineering, Design, Firmware, and Quality.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and technology transitions for high-volume manufacturing ramp.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Professional experience in Manufacturing, Test, Product, or Quality Engineering.
• Expertise in root cause analysis methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, Fishbone, and FMEA.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis and process control techniques.
• Good command of English and Thai languages.
• Ability to work onsite at the Korat facility in Thailand.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools like JMP, Minitab, SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DOE, and SPC.
• Previous experience in HDD manufacturing, backend test operations, or storage technology.
