Engineering Specialist IV (Facility & Infrastructure Maintenance Technician-Building) (Manufacturing)

Location: Korat, Thailand; onsite facility maintenance role

Company

hirify.global Technology operates a large manufacturing campus in Korat producing cloud-based storage equipment and storage drives.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, roofs, floors, roads, drainage systems, sound systems, furniture, and site infrastructure.
• Conduct routine inspections, identify defects, and repair building components and external infrastructure.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Support civil works, infrastructure improvement projects, and workplace modifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and monitor work quality.
• Complete maintenance work orders and update records in the CMMS.

Requirements

• Diploma or technical certificate in civil engineering, building construction, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in facility, building, or civil infrastructure maintenance.
• Experience repairing buildings, flooring, roofing, drainage systems, roads, or general facility infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and ability to use common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Safety-conscious, hands-on, able to troubleshoot problems, and willing to work indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to work onsite at the Korat, Thailand facility.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance work order systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
