Facility Engineering Intern

Location: Teparuk, Thailand. Travel: None.

Company

hirify.global Technology operates the Teparuk manufacturing site, which produces nano-recording heads for hard disk drives.

What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and repair ultrasonic, brush, and carbon dioxide cleaning systems.
• Manage chemical consumption and ensure the availability of spare parts and consumables.
• Create and maintain equipment specifications, work instructions, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Maintain equipment performance records and conduct engineering analysis to support improvements.
• Coordinate with process engineers on new machine setup, product evaluation, and product contamination issue resolution.
• Follow company regulations, international standards, and local regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 22301.

Requirements

• Background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to plan, execute, and control equipment setup and maintenance projects.
• Ability to communicate technical information with engineering teams and support functions.
• Strong organization, prioritization, program management, and presentation skills.
• Good Thai and English communication skills are required.
