Inventory Management Support

Location: Malabar, Florida, United States; warehouse or storage environment with prolonged standing required.

What you will do

• Support the Depot Manager by preparing weekly metric reports.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile results with system records.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate inventory status and issues across departments.
• Support audits, inventory-related projects, and the development of obsolescence CDRLs.
• Oversee part returns, disposition, quality inspection, receiving, and depot processing.
• Coordinate shipping requests and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment of customer part orders.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to generate and analyze inventory reports and data.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with multiple departments.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse or storage environment and stand for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Forklift certification.
• Experience with inventory management software such as Sunflower and Microsoft Office Suite.
• CPIM or CSCP certification.
