Senior Logistics Technician

Location: Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, United States; fully onsite. The role may require up to 25% domestic travel and 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: USD $27.16–$43.27 per hour across the U.S.; specific ranges may apply in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.

Build and operate logistics and inventory processes supporting Microsoft cloud data center infrastructure and online services.

What you will do

• Prioritize and assign ticketed work to inventory and asset technicians while managing daily shift resources and escalations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, package documentation, purchase order receiving, vendors, warehouses, OEMs, and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory balances, optimize storage space, and manage decommissioning and retention activities.
• Coordinate data-bearing device destruction, server decommissioning, security investigations, reconciliations, and vendor oversight.
• Oversee fleet management, vehicle maintenance, equipment check-in and check-out, transportation requests, and fleet audits.
• Lead safety practices, training, process improvement, sustainability initiatives, warranty returns, and RMA operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 2+ years of warehouse or supply chain experience in an IT, logistics, inventory management, retail, or related environment, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
• Ability to work onsite in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts during non-standard business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of warehouse, supply chain, IT, or logistics experience in a large corporation.
• Experience operating heavy-load movement equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or chassis lifts.
