Field Inventory Specialist (MedTech)

What you will do

• Perform cycle counting, physical inventories, reconciliations, and asset management activities.
• Balance inventory across plant and warehouse locations and support storage solution projects.
• Control inventory KPIs, including aged transfer orders, interim-location inventories, discrepant inventory, and negative inventory.
• Maintain correct put-away and storage processes to ensure each part is stored in the right location.
• Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies through inventory data analysis and process review.
• Coordinate project status and information flow across departments while sharing inventory best practices.

Requirements

• Ability to operate a forklift or similar equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter approach and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and meeting specified vision requirements.
