Inventory Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in El Segundo, California, United States. Candidates must be lawfully authorized to work in the U.S. and qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR requirements.

Salary: $27.88–$37 per hour at Analyst level or $35–$48 per hour at Associate level, plus potential stock options and/or long-term cash awards.

What you will do

• Store materials properly in inventory to support spacecraft production.
• Prepare material kits requested through the ERP system.
• Monitor inventory shelf life and stock levels.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience receiving or inspecting inventory, or preparing material kits.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems or equivalent software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• High school diploma, GED, trade school certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• U.S. work authorization and U.S. person status required for access to export-controlled technology.

Nice to have

• Forklift operating experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with external suppliers and internal employees.
