Field Technician (Robotics)

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and provide technical support for robotic systems at customer locations.
• Support mechanical and electrical robot assembly, rework, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Install, operate, and maintain production machines while resolving operational issues.
• Train customer technicians and operators on system operation, maintenance, and safety.
• Monitor system performance through dashboards, collect customer feedback, and collaborate with Engineering, Production Operations, and Field Support.
• Maintain build, testing, and repair documentation and support facilities maintenance and shop operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience, preferably in robotics, automation, or industrial systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electromechanical systems.
• Familiarity with robotic system architecture and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; adaptable, self-motivated, and collaborative.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
