GTM Recruiter (AI)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; 5 days onsite in the Bay Area office

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 base annually, plus a targeted 15% annual bonus, equity, and benefits.

hirify.global is a Silicon Valley product company developing generative AI tools that transform text and images into 3D assets for professional artists and hobbyists.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for go-to-market roles across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, create job descriptions, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Source, engage, and evaluate candidates using creative and data-driven approaches.
• Coordinate interviews across global time zones and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and recruiting metrics in Greenhouse or similar systems.
• Collaborate with People Ops on offer strategy, onboarding, and employer branding.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in a startup or fast-growth technology company.
• Successful hiring experience for go-to-market roles, including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Success.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with an agile, independent, and solutions-oriented approach.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Ashby and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Gem.
• Curiosity about new technology, AI, and the future of work.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Sunnyvale, California.
