Senior Recruiter - GTM - USA (Remote) (GTM)

Location: Americas Remote / USA remote

Salary: $142,000–$170,000 USD annually, or equivalent in local currency, depending on experience and market rates.

What you will do

• Source and personally engage passive candidates for GTM roles through targeted outbound outreach.
• Build and execute focused search strategies for Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Business Operations positions.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from candidate research and outreach through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, calibrate expectations against market data, and adjust search strategies.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and provide insight into GTM talent availability and compensation.
• Use AI tools to improve sourcing research, candidate list building, Boolean searches, and outreach personalization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years recruiting for GTM functions.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing most hires through outbound outreach to passive candidates.
• Experience managing 10+ concurrent GTM searches and discussing average time-to-fill.
• Direct sourcing experience across at least two of Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Business Operations.
• Strong GTM business acumen and the ability to assess role-specific talent requirements.
• Regular, self-directed use of AI tools in sourcing or search strategy; comfortable working independently as an individual contributor.

Hiring process

• 30-minute Zoom call with the Hiring Manager.
• 45-minute Zoom call with the TA Leader, followed by a 60-minute Zoom call with a prompt exercise and review session with the People Team.
• 30-minute Zoom call with the GTM Leader; final candidates complete background and employment verification.
