Business/GTM Recruiter (Founding Team, AI)

Location: San Francisco; in-person work, with most employees working in the office five days a week

Salary: $145,000–$220,000 OTE per year, depending on experience, skills, and location

hirify.global is building AI Agents and supply chain software to automate manual workflows across the physical economy, including scheduling, appointment setting, data entry, and load management.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Business roles.
• Build a repeatable, multi-channel sourcing engine and manage high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Partner with the Head of Talent, Head of Operations, CEO, and hiring managers on recruiting strategy.
• Create interview playbooks and scale a consistent, high-signal interview process.
• Close top-tier candidates through creative strategies and strong candidate relationships.
• Develop hirify.global’s sales talent brand through events, community engagement, and content.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience building and managing pipelines across 10+ concurrent roles.
• Experience creating scalable, data-driven sourcing engines across LinkedIn, Gem, Juicebox, referrals, and other channels.
• Experience engaging and closing talent in competitive SaaS or AI markets.
• Strong organization, metrics orientation, communication skills, urgency, and a bias for action.
• Low-ego approach and genuine interest in building recruiting functions from zero to one.

Hiring process

• 30-minute conversation with Grace, Head of Talent.
• Take-home assignment requiring approximately 2–3 hours, completed within 3–5 days.
• Final onsite interview lasting approximately 3–4 hours, followed by background and reference checks.
