• Design, develop, and ship high-quality technical solutions across multiple services.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to foster team growth.
• Own system health and quality, including participation in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Design and implement APIs to facilitate seamless integration between software components.
• Utilize CI/CD tools to maintain automated pipelines for continuous delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4-6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software in languages such as Go, Python, Java, C#, or Rust.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud environments and cloud-native concepts.
• Experience working with both relational and non-relational datastores.

Nice to have

• Experience operating Cosmos DB clusters at scale.
• Experience with Azure resources like Azure Storage, Redis Cache, and Data Explorer.
• Experience working closely with product management and design teams.
