What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage customer-facing technology implementation projects and multiple project phases.
• Manage customer relationships, expectations, communications, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, contracts, risks, requirements, and status updates.
• Clarify evolving customer and technical requirements with internal teams throughout implementation.
• Lead or support project kick-off, status, planning, technical requirements, acceptance, and closure activities.
• Support accurate revenue recognition, accounting, security, HIPAA, customer service, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of external customer-facing project-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of PMI concepts and project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, negotiation, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers and applications including Salesforce, Office 365, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Must not require ZOLL immigration sponsorship now or in the future, including H-1B, TN, STEM, or OPT sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT, healthcare, or software support.
• Ability to quickly learn healthcare workflows, technical concepts, and project management practices.
