HR Business Partner Director, Technology (Fintech)

What you will do

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to the Head of Technology and senior leadership.
• Align talent, organizational, technology, and business priorities across multiple business segments and major units.
• Lead strategic talent initiatives, organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Support technology transformation, AI-driven workforce changes, evolving delivery models, and employee engagement efforts.
• Manage HR staff, establish strategic goals, and monitor performance and development.
• Coordinate HR programs, governance, communications, and execution across matrixed stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience and at least 5 years of management experience.
• Proven leadership experience with a large scope of responsibility.
• Experience supporting executive leaders in talent management, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and strategic workforce planning.
• Ability to use workforce data, analytics, and insights to identify risks, shape strategy, and influence decisions.
