Project & Program Management II (AI)

Location: Fremont, California, United States; office-related physical tasks are required.

Salary: $66,120–$104,400 USD gross annual base pay.

What you will do

• Lead emergent and long-term projects from intake and scoping through execution, delivery, and retrospectives.
• Assess, prioritize, and route operational issues and strategic opportunities to the appropriate teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to drive rapid solution cycles.
• Improve processes, eliminate waste, and lead the adoption of automation, AI-powered solutions, and tooling enhancements.
• Manage operational crises through triage, coordination, resolution, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, measure impact, communicate status, and support decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 4–6 years of program management, project management, or operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Strong proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, organization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to query, interpret, and act on data, influence change without relying solely on authority, and work under pressure.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, CSM, or equivalent project or program management certification.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, data center operations, or edge computing.
• Change management certification or equivalent experience, such as Prosci or ADKAR.
