Agile Program Manager (ITSM)

Salary: $84,750 – $113,000 per year + 10% target incentives

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Agile delivery for a portfolio of infrastructure transformation and service innovation initiatives.
• Own the internal release management process, governing cross-platform integrations and software upgrades.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and manage delivery backlogs.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between ITSM Administrators, Application Developers, and external vendors.
• Drive a culture of Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) and process excellence.
• Manage knowledge assets and ensure proper documentation for internal teams and customer portals.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, IL; FL; TX; or Denver, CO
• 5+ years of experience with Scrum and Agile in a technology delivery environment.
• Agile/Program Management certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, PMP, CSM).
• Experience with ITSM process implementations and release management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence.
• Strong interpersonal skills for mentoring and stakeholder alignment.

Nice to have

• 2+ years’ experience with ITIL Foundations v4 or v5.
• Post-secondary education in Project Management, IT, or Communications.
