TL;DR

Salary: $140,000–$190,000

What you will do

• Lead delivery of a large-scale, multi-year federal technology support program across multiple performance periods.
• Serve as the primary interface for Contracting Officer Representatives, Contracting Officers, senior government stakeholders, and corporate leadership.
• Coordinate program-level meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, delivery schedules, sprint velocity tracking, and rolling forecasts.
• Own the program risk register, escalate cross-team blockers, and drive corrective actions for schedule, cost, and performance variances.
• Ensure contractual deliverables are submitted on time and oversee sustainment across low-code, SaaS, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Manage team composition and onboarding, mentor delivery leaders, and support capture planning, teaming, and proposal activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience with direct management of federal government IT contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience managing complex, multi-application technology programs with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile software delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release management.
• Knowledge of federal contract administration, deliverable management, and performance-based service contracts.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD CAC and pass a favorable fingerprint check and Tier 1 background investigation.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience supporting the U.S. Coast Guard, DHS, or other federal mission-support IT programs.
• Experience with Salesforce, Appian, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing multi-vendor or multi-BPA-holder environments.
