Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

What you will do

• Provide timely troubleshooting and hirify.globalolution support for business applications.
• Manage and scale Power Automate and App solutions within the organization.
• Oversee operational health, including security, performance, and reliability of applications.
• Partner with functional leaders to identify strategic objectives and determine business requirements.
• Write custom reports and SQL queries to support business needs.
• Mentor and coach other application support hirify.globalources.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denver, CO and able to work in the office 3 days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Technology, or Business (or 8 years of relevant experience).
• 3+ years of experience in an application support or analyst role.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform and M365.
• Knowledge of help desk ticketing software (ServiceNow preferred).
• Familiarity with ITIL v3 or related service delivery frameworks.
