What you will do

• Hire high-performing talent who raise the bar across the organization.
• Use AI tools to improve sourcing, outreach, interview preparation, market mapping, process efficiency, and decision-making.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly hiring goals in a fast-scaling environment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives.
• Deliver a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience grounded in transparency, responsiveness, and respect.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS, AI, or startup environment.
• Experience hiring across both GTM and R&D organizations.
• Proven success managing complex and high-priority searches in fast-changing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to increase productivity and improve recruiting outcomes.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities across multiple channels and markets.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and market insights to guide decision-making.
