IT Analyst

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the NYC office, including Thursdays

Salary: $22.21–$29.15 per hour

What you will do

• Provide first-line virtual and in-person technical support to employees and contractors.
• Support users on Mac and Chromebook systems and staff virtual or in-person help desks.
• Perform onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and deprovisioning, including international onboarding support.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and contribute to improvements in internal workflows and service levels.
• Participate in IT team meetings and a weekend check-in rotation, typically involving four hours of weekend work.
• Collaborate with developers, operations teams, executives, and other end users while following applicable policies and regulations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience supporting Mac users in large environments.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to work from the NYC office 3 days per week; Thursdays are required in-office days.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with environment management tools, inventory control, and laptop provisioning.
• Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, MDM, and service desk tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• Apple Certified Support Professional or JAMF 100 Certification.
• Bachelor's Degree and strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
