QA Tester (Production Industry)

Location: Lisbon or Coimbra, Portugal; hybrid work with at least 2 days per week in the office. Candidates must reside in Portugal.

Salary: €2,200–€2,500 gross per month, including fixed and variable compensation, meal allowance, remote work allowance, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute testing strategies based on project requirements.
• Create frameworks for test case identification, creation, execution, reporting, and documentation.
• Implement testing cycles at sprint, release, and rollout levels.
• Review software deliverables and outcomes from a validation perspective.
• Collaborate with development and other technical teams to complete required reviews and approvals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in software testing or QA.
• Experience with ALM tools, particularly Jira and Azure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Structured and methodical approach to testing and documentation, with strong attention to quality and detail.
• English proficiency at minimum C1 level.
• Residence in Portugal and availability to work from the Lisbon or Coimbra office at least 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD.
• Experience with AI/LLM.
• ASTQB certification.
