Quality Assurance Analyst (AI)

Location: Fully onsite at the Lisbon office, Portugal. Relocation support is available.

Salary: €20K–€25K per year.

What you will do

• Perform smoke and regression testing for releases and feature updates.
• Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and accurately.
• Support bug triage with developers and product managers.
• Manage test cases in TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray and track issues in Jira or Asana.
• Validate functionality across browsers and mobile devices, using browser developer tools for troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in manual software testing or a similar QA role.
• Solid understanding of smoke testing, regression testing, and structured bug reporting.
• Experience with at least one test management tool, such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Exposure to testing across browsers and mobile devices.
• Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with mobile and web application testing best practices.
• Experience maintaining detailed test cases and test documentation.
• Experience participating in bug triage discussions.
• Basic familiarity with JSON structures and HTML.
