Senior Test Manager (ALM, Jira, ISTQB)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with up to 2 remote days per week

What you will do

• Develop and execute test strategies for complex projects using ALM, QC, Jira, and Yest.
• Manage testing teams and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Oversee defect tracking, reporting, and resolution.
• Integrate testing into agile development workflows and optimize testing processes.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation and reports.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior testing staff.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance management.
• Strong expertise in ALM, QC, Jira, and Yest.
• Knowledge of ISTQB standards and certifications.
• Proven experience leading testing teams and managing test projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and French; candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

Nice to have

• Certifications in test management or related fields.
• Experience in international or multicultural environments.
