Senior QA and Test Management Specialist (ALM, QC, Jira, ISTQB): Leading testing activities across multiple software projects and maintaining test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and quality reporting with an accent on test lifecycle management, automation coverage, and ISTQB-aligned practices. Focus on coordinating QA and development teams, diagnosing defects, and improving testing processes in a hybrid environment.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work model. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do
- Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects using ALM, Quality Center, Jira, and related tools.
- Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
- Manage the testing lifecycle and apply software quality standards and ISTQB-aligned methodologies.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues.
- Monitor testing progress and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and automation coverage.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in QA, test management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with ALM, Quality Center, Jira, and test automation tools.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks, ISTQB standards, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and coordinate with remote teams.
- Fluent English and required proficiency in French.
Nice to have
- ISTQB or another testing-related certification.
- Experience working in multinational or multicultural teams.
