Mid-Level Test Lead (ALM, QC, Jira, ISTQB)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with up to two remote days per week

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate testing activities using ALM, QC, Jira, and ISTQB standards.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and track defects.
• Ensure testing meets project deadlines, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Support automated testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior testing team members and communicate testing progress and issues to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of software testing or quality assurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of ALM, QC, Jira, and ISTQB methodologies.
• Experience with test planning, test execution, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Communicative English and French are required.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• ISTQB or another relevant testing certification.
• Experience working in international or multicultural teams.
