TL;DR
Mid-Level Test Lead (ALM, QC, Jira, ISTQB): Leading and coordinating software testing activities in a Lisbon-based hybrid environment with an accent on test planning, execution, defect tracking, and quality standards. Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with up to 2 remote days per week

What you will do
- Lead and coordinate testing activities using ALM, QC, Jira, and ISTQB standards.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and track defects.
- Align testing with project deadlines, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Support test automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior testing team members and communicate progress and issues to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software testing or quality assurance experience.
- Strong knowledge of ALM, QC, Jira, and ISTQB methodologies.
- Experience with test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Communicative English and French required.
- Existing legal right to work in the European Union required.
Nice to have
- ISTQB or another relevant testing certification.
- Experience in international or multicultural teams.
